/KASE, November 2, 15/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press-release:

On October 30, 2015 Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC, a major
Kazakh private energy company in, opened a Data Processing Center.
The Data Processing Center (DPS) will ensure uninterrupted operation of all
modern information systems in enterprises of the Group of companies CAEP in
Pavlodar, North-Kazakhstan and Akmola regions, as well as in Astana and
Almaty.
DPS is reliable thanks to modern technologies: cloud services and virtual
servers. DPS servers feature software Ellipse, an EAM-decision
(EnterpiseAssetManagement). The information system is designed to manage
fixed assets of the enterprise, beginning from the processes of planning
procurement until automated planning of processes of technical maintenance
and repair of all production assets of the Group. The automated system Ellipse
with versatility and to such extent is implemented in Kazakhstan for the first
time.
Commissioned DPS capacities with the backup power are meant to 12-15 years
of operation without the entity's modernization. Also DPS consolidates
management of automated systems Automatic system for commercial accounting of
power consumption, Plant control systems of energy-producing enterprises and
energy-transmitting enterprises, billing systems of energy-selling enterprises,
as well as applied systems of personnel management in companies of CAEP. In
November this year online-services are supposed to be moved, such, as single
payment document of Astanaenergosbyt on communal services of Astana.
DPS of CAEP was opened in Pavlodar during celebration events devoted to 50-th
anniversary of PAVLODARENERGO JSC. Also, the same day PAVLODARENERGO commissioned
a new Central supervisory control center of energy system of Pavlodar region,
early notifying of emergency situations.
Automation of processes is part of the strategy of development of the CAEP
group of companies built in accordance with international standards.
