Delta Bank drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, November 2, 15/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been drawn to administrative responsibility following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2015 "for administrative violation taking the form of the Bank's presenting unreliable reports repeatedly within a year after having been imposed an administrative sanction) responsibility for which is stipulated by part 3 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
