/KASE, November 6, 15/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 23, 2015, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP08Y10B666 (KZ2C00003432, KASE official list, Debt Securities of Entities
from Quasi-Government Sector category, MREKb9) of Mangistau Distribution
Power Grid JSC for the period from September 9 to 18, 2015.
As of September 19, 2015, 2,464,500,000 bonds were placed.
