/KASE, November 10, 15/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated October 27, 2015 according to which, the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP06Y07D217
(KZ2C00002996, KASE official list, "other debt securities" category, CCBNb26)
of Bank CenterCredit JSC for the period from March 16 to September 26, 2015.
According to the letter provided 60,000 bonds were offered over the period under
review. As of September all of the said bonds were fully placed.
