well as on behalf of KazMunaiGas Finance Sub. B.V. announced the beginning on
the current date of the buyback offer (Offer), offering to all holders of the
Bonds (as defined below) of any Series (as defined below) to present to
buyback Bonds they hold on terms stated in the Memorandum on purchase offer of
November 5, 2015 ("Memorandum on offer").
