/KASE, November 25, 15/ – Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti JSC (Almaty) whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 18, 2015, according to which the National
Bank has approved the report on placement results of bonds KZP04Y04E423
(KZ2C00002541, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
quasi-government sector", ALESb4) of Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti for the
period from April 11 to October 10, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of October 10, 2015, 200,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
