/KASE, November 25, 15/ – Almatinskie Elektricheskie Seti JSC (Almaty),
securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided to KASE a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 18, 2015, according to which
the National Bank has approved report on placement results of bonds KZP05Y05E427
(KZ2C00002558, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
the quasi-state sector", ALESb5) of Almatinskie ElektricheskieSeti for the
period from April 11 to October 10, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review, as of October 10, 2015, 200,000 of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
