/KASE, November 27, 15/ – Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 25, 2015 of approval of the report on
results of placement of shares of the bank.
According to the provided letter:
- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the bank's shares
in the period from March 17 to September 16, 2015;
- no shares of the bank were offered in the period under review; as of
September 16, 2015 24,199,534 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced;
its share capital equaled to KZT16,285,466,000.00.
