Extraordinary general meeting of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid shareholders due December 24, 2015

/KASE, November 27, 2015/ – Mangistau Distribution Power Grid JSC (Aktau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on December 24, 2015 at 16:00 an extraordinary general meeting of the company's shareholders will begin. The only item on the agenda is approval of the report on execution of the company's development plan for 2016-2020. The mentioned meeting will be held at the company office near poultry plant, Aktau. Participant registration will be carried out from 15:45. The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the said meeting will be drawn up as of December 14, 2015.
