General meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, BKKRb1) of BECKER & K scheduled for December 25, 2015

/KASE, December 3, 15/ – BECKER & K LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on December 25, 2015 at 12:00 o'clock a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", BKKRb1) will be held, with the agenda as follows: - to set the interest rate on the said bonds at 8.5% per annum of the nominal value of one bond for the entire circulation period; - to establish a circulation period of these bonds – ten years from the bonds circulation start date; - to determine the maturity date of these bonds – after the expiration of ten years from the bonds circulation start date. The said meeting will be held at: 92 Rozybakiev Str., office 219, Almaty. The list of holders of bonds entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of December 25, 2015. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of holders of bonds will be held on December 28, 2015 at the same time and the same address.
