Bayan Sulu announces changes in Management Board

/KASE, December 21, 15/ – Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanai), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE of the following decisions of the Board of Directors of December 15, 2015: quote 1. As of December 15, 2015 authorities of the Management Board of Bayan Sulu JSC were early discontinued for all members: 1) Vitaliy Traiber, Chairman of Management Board-President of Bayan Sulu JSC 2) Timur Sadykov, deputy Chairman of Management Board 3) Aleksandr Pylskiy 4) Tursynbek Shayakhmetov 5) Olga Gubareva 6) Dmitriy Zaitsev 7) Nataliya Shapovalova. 2. The composition of Management Board of Bayan Sulu JSC in the number of 5 persons until the election of the new full composition of Management Board was determined. 3.
