/KASE, December 24, 15/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated December 14, 2015, on approval by the National Bank of the report on the
results of placement of bonds KZP02Y07D547 (KZ2C00000446, KASE official
list, "other debt securities" category, IMSKb2) of Imstalcon JSC for the period
from April 9 to October 8, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of October 8, 2015, 33,653,755 of the mentioned bonds remained
unplaced.
