/KASE, December 25, 15/ – Following the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of December 25, 2015 trading in bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", BKKRb1) of BECKER & K LLP (Almaty) was suspended on KASE.

This decision was taken in accordance with item 6 of Article 18-2 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan on Securities Market.

Trading has been suspended until KASE receives information on publication of a decision of the general meeting of holders of the said bonds of December 25, 2015.
