/KASE, January 8, 16/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
the letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
December 30, 2015 according to which the National Bank approved the report on
the results of placement of bonds KZP02Y10E176 (KZ2C00002038, KASE
official list, Other Debt Securities category, NFBNb3) of Delta Bank JSC from
May 28 to November 27, 2015.
According to the letter provided no bonds have been offered in the period under
review. As of November 28, 2015, 20,847,000 bonds remained unplaced.
