/KASE, January 12, 16/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), the
representative of holders of infrastructure bonds KZ2C0Y23B676
(KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, buffer category, DTJLb1) of Doszhan Temir
Zholy (DTZ) JSC (Oskemen), has by an official letter informed KASE of the
following:

... On the basis of the Agreement No. 2 of July 20, 2005 on the bondholders
interests representation concluded between the Bank and Doszhan Temir Zholy
(DTZ) JSC (hereinafter – the Issuer), the Bank announces that the issuer by its
letter No. 891 of December 24, 2015 revoked its financial statements for the
year ended December 31, 2014 previously provided to the Bank.
In this regard, the Bank invalidates the analysis of financial statements of the
Issuer, provided in the Bank's letter No.7-2/9609 on March 2, 2015. Upon the
receipt from the Issuer by the Bank of new financial statements, the Bank will
re-analyze its financial analysis which will be brought to the attention of
bondholders.

On the basis of the letter of ATFBank JSC Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) financial
position analysis was removed from KASE website and is considered to be
invalid.
