ATFBank recognized as leader in terms of application of funds under mortgage loans refinancing program

/KASE, January 13, 16/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release: quote ATFBank JSC (hereinafter – the Bank, ATFBank), according to the National Bank of Kazakhstan, as of January 1, 2016 is the leader among local STBs in terms of the rate of application of funds under mortgage loans refinancing program (hereinafter – the Program). Namely, the Bank used 52.1% of the funds (about KZT5 bn) allocated under the Program. Yeldos Zhumabayev, the Managing Director, emphasizes: "We actively work within the framework of the Program. With individually work with each client, and all customers who fall under the conditions of the Program have been notified in writing by the Bank, and invited to the Bank's outlet for further consideration. The Bank uses all possible tools of communicating information to customers, including mail and SMS notifications, telephone calls, and actual visits. At the same time we sent a list of the necessary documents for participation in the Program to every client. The pace of application of funds under the program by our Bank increases every month, and we intend to maintain this trend. The Bank will continue constructive dialogue with our borrowers". The limit allocated to ATF Bank under the program amounted to KZT9.5 bn. In total more than 2 th. applications were filed under the program, of which more than 1 th. applications have already been approved as of January 1, 2016. The actual number of refinanced loans to date is more than 800. The Bank still accepts applications for participation in the program.
