Imstalcon informs of decisions of specialized interdistrict economic court

/KASE, January 13, 16/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed
KASE of the following:

... Based on the decisions of the specialized interdistrict economic court of
Almaty dated December 29, 2015 and December 30, 2015, the proceedings in
the civil case at the request of AlpPromStroy LLP to recognise Imstalcon JSC
bankrupt were suspended.
Also, based on the decision of the specialized interdistrict Economic Court of
Almaty dated January 5, 2016 proceedings for rehabilitation in respect of
Imstalcon JSC were initiated.
