National company KazMunayGaz announces payout of dividends on own shares due for 2014 in favor of Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samuryk-Kazyna"

/KASE, January 14, 16/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of payment by NC KazMunayGaz JSC of dividends on ordinary shares in favor of one of shareholders, Samuryk-Kazyna JSC (hereinafter – the Fund), in monetary form by way of a wire transfer to the Fund's bank account to the amount of KZT27,993,998,035 due for 2014".
