General meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, BKKRb1) of BECKER & K scheduled for January 28, 2016

/KASE, January 14, 16/ – BECKER & K LLP (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on January 28, 2016 at 11:00 am a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", BKKRb1) will be held, with the agenda as follows: - to discuss the size of interest rate on bonds (coupon); - to include into the bonds issue structure the bonds early partial repayment condition; - to establish a circulation period of these bonds – eight years from the bonds circulation start date; - to determine the maturity date of these bonds – after the expiration of eight years from the bonds circulation start date. The said meeting will be held at: 92 Rozybakiev Str., office 219, Almaty. The list of holders of bonds entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of January 25, 2016.
