/KASE, January 15, 16/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with a copy of the letter of the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of January 13, 2016 on approval of
the report on the results of placement of the bank's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on the results of placement of the
bank's shares in the period from May 17 to November 16, 2015;
- as of November 16, 2015 20,000,333 ordinary shares of the bank
remained unplaced; its share capital equaled KZT30,550,527,200.00.
