Tsesnabank says agency Fitch Ratings affirmed bank ratings and changed outlook from stable to negative

/KASE, January 21, 16/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote ... that on January 19, 2016 the rating agency Fitch Ratings changed the outlook on the long-term ratings in foreign and local currency and national long-term rating of Tsesnabank JSC from "stable" to "negative." The long-term ratings in foreign and national currency remained unchanged at "B+". The national long- term rating remains unchanged at "BBB- (kaz)". Thus, as of January 19, 2016 the Bank has the following ratings by Fitch Ratings: - The long-term ratings in foreign and local currency: "B+"; outlook "negative" - Short-term ratings in foreign and local currency: "B" - National long-term rating: "BBB-"(kaz); outlook "negative" unquote [2016-01-21]
