Tsesnabank increases stake in Plus Bank to 84 %

/KASE, January 25, 16/ – Tsesnabank JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE that "pursuant to decisions of the Bank's Board of Directors of April 15, 2015 on the Bank's acquiring of a subsidiary PAO Plus Bank (Plus Bank), by way of stepping up the stake in PAO Plus Bank to 100%, the Bank as of January 13, 2016 has increased its share in the shareholders capital of Plus Bank to 84%, whereas the share of holding the voting shares of Plus Bank made up 83.32%".
