whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press-release:

JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production ("KMG EP" or "the Company") has
announced its full year operating results for 2015.
Overall, in 2015 KMG EP, including its stakes in SP Kazgermunai LLP (KGM),
CCEL (Karazhanbasmunai JSC) and PetroKazakhstan Inc. (PKI), produced
12,351 thousand tonnes of oil (251kbopd), which is almost the same indicator as
in 2014.
