Meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10E396 (KZ2C00001956, GLDCb1) of Golden Compass Capital scheduled for February 22, 2016

/KASE, January 27, 16/ – Golden Compass Capital JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on February 22, 2016 at 4:00 pm a meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10E396 (KZ2C00001956, GLDCb1) will begin with the following Agenda: - providing to the company the consent to the voluntary delisting of these bonds and their removal from the official list of KASE; - termination of the agreement to represent the interests of holders of bonds closed with Halyk Finance JSC, Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan; - amending the issue prospectus of the company's bonds.
