/KASE, January 28, 16/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of January 28, 2016 trading in bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", BKKRb1) of BECKER & K LLP (Almaty) was suspended on KASE.

That decision was taken in accordance with item 6 of article 18-2 of the Act of Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market".

Trades were suspended until KASE receives information on release of a decision of the general meeting of holders of the said bonds of January 28, 2016.
