/KASE, January 28, 16/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the
bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of the letter of the National bank of
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated January 21, 2016 of approval
of the report on the results of offering of the bank's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on the results of offering of the bank's
shares in the period from June 16 to December 15, 2015;
- during the period under review no bank shares were offered; as of
December 16, 2015 98,293,945 ordinary shares of the bank remained
unplaced; its share capital was equal to KZT69,751,178,600.00.
