/KASE, January 29, 16/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of January 29, 2016 trading in bonds KZP02M90E700
(KZ2C00003283, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from
the quasi-state sector", AGKKb5) of Agricultural credit corporation JSC (Astana)
was suspended on KASE.
That decision was taken in accordance with item 6 of article 18-2 of the Act of
Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market".
Trades were suspended until KASE receives information on release of a decision
of the general meeting of holders of the said bonds of January 29, 2016.
