Kazkommertsbank imposed administrative sanctions

/KASE, February 3, 16/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative responsibility under part 4 of article 217 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code and imposed three administrative sanctions in form of a penalty according to the Resolutions on imposing an administrative sanction under a case of an administrative violation of February 1, 2016".
