ForteBank announces change in composition of Management Board

/KASE, February 4, 16/ – ForteBank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on January 30, 2016 the Board of Directors of the Bank decided to elect "Yerlan Tuyakbayev as the member of the Management Board – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank, as his powers as the member of the Management Board – Managing Director, with term of powers until January 31, 2018".
