/KASE, February 5, 16/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau, hereinafter – the
Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on February 2, 2016 its
Board of Directors took the decision to secure a loan to the amount making
twenty five and more percent of the Company's equity."
