Kazkommertsbank imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, February 9, 16/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative liability under part 1 of Article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code in form of a penalty in accordance with the Resolution on imposing administrative sanctions under cases of administrative offences of February 8, 2016".
