Delta Bank brought to administrative responsibility

/KASE, February 9, 16/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been drawn to administrative responsibility following a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2016 "for repeated presenting of unreliable reports for purposes of monitoring of sources of demand and supply, as well as directions of use of foreign currency on the domestic currency market, part 4 of article 218 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
