/KASE, February 9, 16/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated January 28, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP02Y05D707 (KZ2C00002863, KASE official
list, category "other debt securities", KKGBb10) of Kazkommertsbank JSC for the
period from May 12 to November 11, 2015.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of November 11, 2015, 110,837 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained
unplaced.
