National Bank takes note of non-placement of KazTransOil shares in period from June 27 to December 26, 2015

/KASE, February 12, 16/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 4, 2016 according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of KazTransOil shares in the period from June 27 to December 26, 2015; - as of December 26, 2015 a single ordinary share of the company remained unplaced.
