/KASE, February 17, 16/ – NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC (London), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter
informed KASE that "on February 11, 2016 Standard and Poor's changed the
creditworthiness rating on bonds of Zhaikmunai LLP and Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC
from В+ to В with a Stable outlook".
