/KASE, February 22, 16/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of February 22, 2016 trading in bonds KZ2C0Y10E396
(KZ2C00001956, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", GLDCb1) of
Golden Compass Capital JSC (Almaty) was suspended on KASE.
That decision was taken in accordance with item 6 of article 18-2 of the Act of
Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market".
Trades were suspended until KASE receives information on release of a decision
of the general meeting of holders of the said bonds of February 22, 2016.
