/KASE, February 22, 16/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the
Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), in an official letter informed KASE that "on February 19, 2016
international rating agency Standard and Poor's announced downgrading credit
ratings of several companies related with the government of Republic of
Kazakhstan, operating on the commodities market, as well as infrastructure
companies of the utilities sector, including NC KazMunayGaz JSC and
KazTransOil JSC.
