/KASE, February 23, 16/ – Central-Asian power-energy company JSC (Almaty), bonds
of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
to KASE a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 11, 2016, according to which the National
Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307
(KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CTECb1) of
Central-Asian power-energy company JSC for the period from June 3 to
December 2, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
period under review; as of December 2, 2015, 774,024 pieces of the mentioned
bonds were unplaced.
