/KASE, March 1, 16 – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Management Board as of March 1, 2016 trading in bonds KZP02M90E700 (KZ2C00003283,
KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from the
quasi-government sector", AGKKb5) of Agricultural credit corporation JSC
(Astana, hereinafter – the company) was resumed on KASE.
The trading in the mentioned bonds was suspended on KASE from January 29, 2016
until the date following the day of publication of a decision of the general
meeting of holders of the mentioned bonds in the mass media and confirmation
from the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) of resumption of offering
and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its accounting system.
This decision of Management Board was taken after KASE received copies of
amendments to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, registered by the
National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on February 18, 2016, according to
which there is an option for bondholders to sell bonds on certain terms (earlier
no options were provided) and confirmation from the Central Securities Depository
JSC (Almaty) of resumption of offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in
its accounting system.
