/KASE, March 3, 16/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company),
whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 24, 2016, according to which the
National Bank approved the reports on results of placement of the following
bonds of the company for the period from June 12 to December 11, 2015:
- KZ2C0Y09E968 (KZ2C00003267, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from the quasi-state sector", KAFIb4);
- KZ2C0Y07E970 (KZ2C00003275, KASE official list, category "debt securities of
entities from the quasi-state sector", KAFIb5).
