Halyk Finance receives two awards in nominations of international magazine "EMEA Finance"

Both transactions recognized as the best by EMEA Finance were executed on the debt capital market. First, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan's USD 4 billion 10- and 30-year dual-tranche Eurobond – in which Halyk Finance has acted as the Joint Lead Manager in July 2015 – has been named the "Best sovereign bond in EMEA." This transaction is recognized as the largest deal from CEEMEA since October 2013 and the largest deal on Eurobond market in history of Kazakhstan. Second, JSC Halyk Bank's KZT 132 bn 10-year bond – where Halyk Finance has acted as the Sole Financial Advisor and Bookrunner– has been named the "Best financial institution bond" by EMEA Finance.
