Annual general meeting of Credit Association ORDA Credit partners scheduled for March 30, 2016

/KASE, March 16, 16/ – Credit Association "ORDA Credit" LLP (Shymkent, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of its partners will start on March 30, 2016 at 11:00 o'clock with the following agenda: - the Management Board's report on implementation of 2015 budget of expenses and income; - approval of the company's budget of expenses and income for 2016; - approval of the company's 2015 annual financial statements and distribution of the company's net income; - choosing an auditor. The said meeting will be held at 47 Gani Ilyaev str., Shymkent. Participants will be registered starting from 10:00 o'clock. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting of the company's partners will be held on March 31, 2016 at 10:00 o'clock at the above address.
