Imstalcon receives statement of claim

/KASE, March 24, 16/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE that "on March 15, 2016 a case was brought before Akmola Special inter-district economic court following a statement of claim from Kazakhstan Agro Innovation Corporation LLP against Imstalcon JSC requesting acknowledgement as invalid of a certificate of completion, enforcement of contractual obligations".
