/KASE, March 28, 16/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank),
securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with copies of letters from the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated March 18, 2016, according to which the
National Bank approved the reports on results of offering of the following
bonds of the bank for the period from August 8, 2015 to February 7, 2016:
- KZP03Y10E059 (KZ2C00001964, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", CSBNb12);
- KZP04Y05E057 (KZ2C00001972, KASE official list, category "other debt
securities", CSBNb13).
