/KASE, April 1, 16/ – Qazaq Banki JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press
release dated March 31, 2016 on changes in the composition of the Management
Board of the Bank:

The Board of Directors of Qazaq Banki JSC (hereinafter – the Bank) decided to
terminate as of March 30, 2016 the powers of Mirlan Tashmetov as the Chairman
of the Management Board. Nevertheless, Mirlan Tashmetov will remain in charge
of the strategic development of the bank as the Board of Directors member. At
the same meeting, it was decided to elect Kantar Orynbayev as the Chairman of
the Management Board who previously served as the Deputy Chairman of the
Management Board.
