/KASE, April 8, 2016/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that "the Board of Directors the Company took a decision to
acquire an equity stake in Agro-Svet LLP from A. Sazonov".
