National Bank takes note of non-placement of ATFBank shares in period from September 8, 2015 to March 7, 2016

/KASE, April 12, 2016/ – ATFBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 6, 2016, according to which: - the National Bank took note of non-placement of the bank's shares in the period from September 8, 2015 to March 7, 2016; - as of March 7, 2016, 8,705,267 ordinary shares of the bank remained unplaced.
