/KASE, April 19, 2016/ – KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with the following information statement:

KazMunaiGas Exploration& Production ("KMG EP" or "Company") announces that new
executives have been elected to a subsidiary and a joint venture of KMG EP.
The Board of Directors of Ozenmunaigas (OMG) appointed Dauletzhan Khasanov as
General Director and Chair of the Management Board of Ozenmunaigas with effect
from 19 April 2016. He will hold this position concurrently with the position of
Deputy CEO at KMG EP. On Monday of April 18, 2016, Kurmangazy Iskaziyev, the
Chief Executive at KMG EP, introduced the new top executive to employees of
Ozenmunaigs and thanked Maxat Ibagarov for having implemented production and
social initiatives and for maintaining stable oil production.
