Development Bank of Kazakhstan announces changes in Management Board

/KASE, April 21, 2016/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter –
the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has by an official letter informed KASE of the Board of Directors' decisions of
April 15, 2016:

... composition of the Bank's Management Board was set at 6 persons;
authorities of Deputy Chairman of Management Board of the Bank Elena Kogai
were discontinued early, as of April 15, 2016.
... Abai Sarkulov was appointed Deputy Chairman of Management Board of the
Bank ... as of April 15, 2016 for the term of office of the Bank's Management
Board.
Composition of the Bank's Management Board after the changes is as follows:
- Bolat Zhamishev – Chairman of Management Board;
- Abai Sarkulov – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;
- Dmitriy Babitchev – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;
- Askar Amirtaev – Managing director – member of Management Board.
