Kazkommertsbank brought to administrative responsibility

/KASE, April 26, 2016/ – Kazkommertsbank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative responsibility under part 2 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code, in form of a penalty according to the Resolution on imposing of administrative sanctions under the case of administrative violation of April 25, 2016".
